We have 3 types of pricing depending on the work you need. We cover a wide range of services and trades.
Fixed Price Jobs
Some jobs have fixed prices i.e. Gas Safety Cert, Rubbish Removal, Survey’s etc
Example jobs:
– Gas safety certificate
– Bathroom Survey & Design
– Roof inspection survey
– Boiler Installations
Hourly Rate Jobs
Hourly rates are charged for call-out and maintenance work for some jobs that do not require estimating.
Example jobs:
– Blocked toilets
– Replacing electrical sockets
– General repairs
– Painting and Decorating
Scoped works
Larger jobs will be based on the scope of works and a fixed price quotation will be provided.
